Counter documentation
Counter is a peer-to-peer OTC marketplace on Robinhood Chain. Two wallets agree on a price, the maker signs, the taker fills, and both legs settle in one atomic transaction — no escrow, no AMM swap.

Maker signs → Taker calls fillOrder → Both legs transfer atomically
What Counter does
- The maker sets the token, amount, price and expiry, and signs once.
- Tokens stay in the maker's wallet until someone fills the order.
- The taker fills onchain; both transfers succeed together or not at all.
- No trade passes through an AMM pool, so pool reserves are untouched.
- A maker can cancel one order, or every order, at any time.
What Counter is not
Counter is not a DEX, an AMM, an escrow service or a buyer of last resort. It never takes custody of funds and does not promise anyone will fill an offer. It also does not guarantee the market price — a buyer can still sell into a pool after the trade.
